Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking Policy All consultations are scheduled by appointment only and require full payment at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited. This consultation is for guidance and strategy only and does not include editing or production services.
